Terms of Use

Repair Services

When you hand a device to us for repair, we record its condition and the reported fault. A diagnostic may be required before we quote; if you decline the repair after diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply.

Repairs begin after you approve the quoted price. We will contact you if we discover additional faults or a different root cause before proceeding. Unclaimed devices left with us for more than 90 days after completion may be disposed of or sold to cover costs, and we will make reasonable attempts to contact you before that happens.

Repair Warranty

Repairs carried out by FIXDEAL are covered by a 90-day warranty on the repaired part and our workmanship. The warranty covers faults directly related to the repair performed — it does not cover new accidental damage, liquid damage after collection, tampering by third parties, or unrelated faults. Keep your repair receipt as proof of warranty.

Products & Pricing

All prices on this website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). We take care to display accurate prices, descriptions, and stock status, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before processing the order; you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Product images on the site are representative and may differ slightly from the packaged item.

Orders & Payment

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout in AED. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you will receive a confirmation. We do not store your card details on our systems.

You may also place orders in person at our shop or via WhatsApp, where payment is settled directly with our team.

Delivery & Collection

Orders can be collected at our Bur Dubai shop or delivered within the UAE where arranged with our team. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Someone suitable should be available at the delivery address to receive the order; if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence, redelivery costs may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy:

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of collection or delivery with your receipt.
• Opened or used products, and products with physical or liquid damage, are not eligible for return unless they are defective on arrival.
• Defective-on-arrival items are exchanged or refunded once we verify the fault.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may take several business days.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, submit false information, or use it for any fraudulent purpose. All content on this website — text, images, branding, and design — belongs to FIXDEAL Electronics or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, FIXDEAL Electronics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data on devices left for repair (you are responsible for backing up your data before repair), loss of profit, or losses arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the website or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
